Well today I thought I would take a couple of hours and head over to the other side of the river. The arno as it is called is a long river that runs through Florence. The shops and tourist places are just as beautiful as on my side. I found this fabulous sculpture place that has this piece in marble I love. It costs 250K Euro....yikes....I think I will need to win the lottery for that one. The shop is exquisite. On that side of the river there are a lot of fine things. As I might have said earlier...you can almost buy anything in Italy...except they don't carry waxed paper. I took some pics along the river and I will attach them below. The weather is about the same and hopefully it won't be long before it begins to warm up. I have been working in the studio every spare minute. Till the next time mi amici...buona sera. Caio.
