Buon giorno mi amici
Well I decided to take a longer break this morning and ventured up the hill to Villa Bardini. The hill was so steep that if I turned around I was afraid I would lose my balance and roll down it. At the top I discovered another museum with gardens and statues...so this week is free national museum week and all the government museums have free entrance to them. I have a friends of the Uffizi card so can visit most of them anytime but this was good to know. I explored Pietro Annigoni's work and it is quite impressive. I think I will go back on Sunday to photograph the gardens. This week has been intense with 12 hour days and am so happy today if Friday. This post is a short one and will write more later. I will set some time to download more photos. Don't forget I have a collection of albums on Facebook. Off to school...lunch hours are a premium.
