We visited Pisa on Wednesday and although I had been there before I didn't think I could have more fun. We decided to rent one of those four seater bicycles and I was the primary driver. All I could hear was Brittany in the back yelling to her sister....take over the wheel...don't let mom drive anymore! We ended up getting lost and ended up going down a 'no pedestrian' street to a dead end. At which time we got out and walked our rather large bicycle back to the main street. I stopped to ask an elderly gentleman who was sitting outside a cafe where the main street was on our map....once again I got those star-crossed eyes looking at me and in his sweet Italian he said " Bella....and in English he said he could not see the fine print because his eyes were not so good. We eventually managed to find our way back with many laughs. "Follow the horse and buggy!", Brittany shouted. So halfway down the lane I jumped off to take photos and she took over the wheel. Whew...we were 8 minutes late in returning the vehicle and the guy gave us the time free. Oh what an adventure!
