I found the central grocery store today. I have decided that I will no longer complain about not finding something in our Canadian grocery stores. The grocery stores here are so small and compact and pack the bare essentials. I bought a loaf of multigrain bread and laughed out loud in the grocery store. I had finally found the expiry date as there was no plastic attachment indicating a date as I was used to and I thought I might have to watch it mold to see how long it lasted. Much to my amazement the expiry date was March, 2010!
I decided today to purchase something sweet and found this amazing organic bakery. Can you believe it? I have not heard of organic biscotti. So I bought one the size of small hockey puck covered in organic chocolate. This evening I made a wonderful cup of java and am indulging while blasting Bocelli. It is absolutely delicious. Life is wonderful. Buona sera.
